-Every Spring We Polish All the Teak in the Cabin
-We Added a Microwave Oven and a Small Screen TV to the Cabin
-Each Spring We Stain the Teak on the Deck with Sickens, Also Clean, Wax the Hull and Paint the Bottom
-We Have Gotten Up To 8 Knots under Sail & We Usually Average 6-7 Knots under Power
-Current Owner Has Only Used In Freshwater (Freshwater Use Only for the Past 12 Years)
